We're finally here and settled! Having somewhere to call home for the time being is such a blessing! This year we decided to do something out of the ordinary, and live with one of Eric's teammates and his wife. Oh yeah, and their 3 dogs! We found a great house with plenty of room for everyone, and still enough space to have our privacy. Not to mention we are saving a whole lot of $$$! The house is in the Oakland Hills, and we have an absolutely gorgeous backyard. It reminds me a lot of Oregon; must be why I like it so much!
Winnie has made three great new buddies (Kirby, Juicy, and LuLu), and is having a blast bugging them all day long ;) They're the cutest little wiener dogs!

Stephanee and I Crossfit together, so it's been great having a friend to keep busy with, especially when the guys are out of town. Having someone in the house when the guys are gone is SO nice, especially when you're a huge baby like I am.
We are so grateful to be in Oakland, and for Eric to have this opportunity. He has worked SO hard to get to where he is at and deserves every bit of success. Opening day was a blast, and we are so excited for this season!!
We are so excited to have friends and family come visit throughout the season. The Bay Area is beautiful, and we can't wait to show you all around!

DeleteThere are such beautiful parts of Oakland! We went to Joaquin Miller Park last weekend, just above the temple, and I couldn't believe my eyes! The view is amazing, the fountains are relaxing and the hike up the gazillion stairs gives you a good workout :o) Love the hidden gems that the Bay Area has to offer!
